Senior Executive, People Operations & Office Administration

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive, People Operations & Office Administration to support daily HR operations and office administration functions.

This role focuses on ensuring smooth internal operations through strong coordination, administrative management, and employee support across People operations and office management functions.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable managing both HR operational processes and office administration in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

People Operations

  • Support daily People operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee movement, and staff documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR systems
  • Support payroll preparation, insurance, MPF, tax filing, and related administrative processes
  • Prepare employment letters, HR documents, and internal communications
  • Handle employee enquiries and support day-to-day People operations coordination
  • Maintain proper HR filing and documentation with confidentiality

Office Administration

  • Manage daily office administration and operational support
  • Coordinate office supplies, facilities management, maintenance, and vendor arrangements
  • Support workspace management and office environment coordination
  • Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and company initiatives

Coordination & Operational Support

  • Work closely with internal teams including Finance and business stakeholders on operational matters
  • Support process improvement and operational workflow optimization
  • Assist in ad hoc operational and administrative projects as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Min. 5 years of experience in HR operations, People operations, office administration, or related functions
  • Familiar with Hong Kong HR administrative processes and employment-related coordination
  • Organized, detail-minded, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Immediate available or short notice is preferred

 

Contract Details

  • Part-time Contract role
  • Minimum 3 working days per week
  • Renewable subject to business needs and performance
