Affiliate Strategist Manager (Creator Growth Business)

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Affiliate Strategist Manager to own the program's strategic direction, govern cross-functional alignment, and ensure the program delivers sustained, large-scale commercial growth. This role requires established expertise in the eCommerce ecosystem, a proven ability to translate complex data into high-impact, long-term strategies, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders (clients and internal leaders).

               The Creator Growth (CG) business at AnyMind is a two-sided service catering to both 'Content Creators' (including media companies, individual creators, and music artists) who're looking for professional support in production, strategy, and content optimization across major social media platforms, and 'Brands' who interested in an end-to-end marketing funnel driven by creators and content. Our core services include YouTube Reservation Ads for precise content targeting; Creator Utilization to build credibility and deliver targeted content; Affiliate Solution for performance-based eCommerce growth; and Production Services covering graphics, video content, commercial music, and livestreaming. We focus on developing tailored strategies and full-funnel packages to ensure maximum efficiency and deliver measurable, sustainable business results

What You'll Do

• Define and own the strategic analytical framework and advanced analytical models for the entire affiliate program, guiding junior strategists to translate data into large-scale strategic growth initiatives.
• Design and execute the overarching program strategy and new affiliate tiering/offering models, focusing on long-term sustainability and significant ROI growth. Anticipate market trends and position the program ahead of the curve.
• Govern the quality and narrative of all performance reports, clearly articulating the strategic rationale, forecasting scenarios, and high-level next steps for executive-level internal and client reviews.
• Lead and govern cross-functional alignment by serving as the primary strategic partner to departmental leaders/Senior Managers (e.g., Planner Head, Account Management Lead) to secure resources, align on conflicting priorities, and drive cohesive execution across teams.
• Mentor and coach junior strategists, fostering their analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to build a high-performing and self-sufficient program team.

Who You Are

Must have

• Specific Experience in Affiliate Marketing/Performance and **Strategic Leadership (**min. 4+ years), with at least 2+ years demonstrated experience in leading complex programs/projects or mentoring/coaching other strategists.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement advanced, repeatable analytical processes that solve complex, cross-team performance issues and drive strategic trade-offs.
• Exceptional track record of driving significant, sustainable commercial growth and program transformation, demonstrating the ability to make strategic trade-offs between short-term execution and long-term business goals.
• Strategic and influential communication skills—proven ability to influence and align senior internal/external stakeholders with potentially conflicting priorities and act as an advisor to Director/VP-level client contacts.
• High Composure Under Pressure and Situational Flexibility (Emotional Intelligence)—ability to provide clarity, stability, and confidence to cross-functional teams during periods of high ambiguity or shifting priorities (Grit L3).

• Ownership of the program's P&L, budget, and overall CIR/ROI responsibility is a Must Have (or Strong Nice to Have, depending on exact banding).
