As a People Partner Manager will act as a strategic HR business partner, executing people initiatives business leaders, with a strong focus on Talent Management, Organization Development, and leadership capability building. This role will drive people strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance culture, and succession readiness, while partnering closely with business leaders to support sustainable growth.

What You Will Do

Business Partnering & People operations

  • Coordinating with the Head of People in executing people initiatives and day-to-day HR partnering activities across assigned departments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational structure, workforce planning, team effectiveness, and people-related challenges.
  • Execute organizational transformation initiatives, change management, and culture-building activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on people data, engagement trends, attrition analysis, and workforce metrics.

Talent Management & Organization Development (OD)

  • Coordinate and execute talent review and succession planning processes for key positions and high-potential employees.
  • Design and implement talent management frameworks, including performance calibration, career development, and internal mobility.
  • Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and build development plans for critical talent.
  • Monitor retention trends and do execution of retention initiatives for key talent.
  • Prepare talent reports, workforce data, and people insights for business reviews.

Performance Management

  • Manage and coordinate performance review cycles, including timeline tracking and process communication.
  • Partner with managers to strengthen performance culture and accountability within teams.
  • Coordinate with Head to advise business leads/ managers on feedback conversations, performance improvement planning, and people development.
  • Identify leadership pipeline risks and recommend development or succession actions.
  • Facilitate talent discussions and people review sessions with senior stakeholders.
  • Promote continuous feedback culture and manager effectiveness practices.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required 
  • At least 6–8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure in HRBP, Talent Management, Organization Development. 
  • Experience in the Digital Marketing, E-commerce industry is a plus.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders in fast-paced environments.
  • Open mindset toward AI adoption and digital transformation in HR practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong growth-mindset 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving 
  • Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility
  • Good command of English
