AnyMind Group completes acquisition of Vietnamese live commerce agency, Vibula

AnyMind Group [TSE:5027], a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced the completed acquisition of Vietnam-based live and social commerce agency, Vibula,first announced on April 25, 2025. Vibula was founded by Quang Vinh and Nhu Y in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in 2021, and provides brands with services for social commerce, live commerce, e-commerce store management and e-commerce campaign management. The company also has a network of influencers for affiliate marketing and live hosts in Vietnam, along w
