AnyMind Group raises ¥4 billion in Series D funding to drive next-generation commerce

AnyMind Group, an end-to-end commerce enablement company has today announced that it has raised ¥4 billion (approximately US$29.4 million) in its Series D funding round, with total funding to date approximating US$91.7 million. In addition, the company has also secured ¥1 billion credit facility from Mizuho Bank for future use. AnyMind Group’s Series C stock was issued for the acquisition of cross-border marketing company ENGAWA in January 2021.

Noah Sato’s D2C brand Shefar launches 3rd fragrance, Mullan

AnyMind Group, an end-to-end commerce enablement company, has today announced that D2C perfume brand, Shefar, by Japanese model and solo music artist Noah Sato, will launch a new fragrance, “Mullan.” Mullan will be available on the official Shefar online store from 7:00 p.m. Japan Standard Time on 19 August 2022.

A popular brand amongst Japanese women in their late teens and twenties, the Shefar brand was initially launched in October 2021, and sales of its flagship fragrance exceeded 1,000 units in just one day.
