Strategic Payroll Management: Lead and oversee the entire payroll function, including salary processing, tax calculations, and benefits administration.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of payroll specialists, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Compliance and Risk Management: Stay updated on evolving labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes, improve efficiency, and reduce errors.
System Implementation and Maintenance: Implement and maintain payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate accurate and timely payroll reports, analyze payroll data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll-related queries and concerns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
Can communicate in English (this position need to work with for foreigns)
Proven 3+ years experience in payroll management, preferably in a multinational organization.
Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability1 to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
