Manager, Regional Account Management

The Regional Account Manager plays a key role in driving client success and revenue growth across multiple markets. This role is responsible for managing strategic client relationships, ensuring seamless delivery of AnyMind’s solutions, and supporting cross-market collaboration. The Regional Account Manager will work closely with local account teams, product specialists, and business leadership to strengthen long-term client partnerships and achieve commercial goals.
What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main regional contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and service delivery across markets.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders to understand their business objectives.
Account Growth & Strategy
- Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities across AnyMind’s solutions (Digital Marketing, E-commerce, D2C, etc.).
- Develop regional account strategies in alignment with both client and AnyMind’s business objectives.
- Lead business reviews with key clients, presenting performance insights and growth opportunities.
Operational Excellence
- Coordinate with local account teams to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns and projects.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues or escalations.
- Consolidate and analyze regional client performance to provide actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to deliver holistic solutions tailored to client needs.
- Support regional business development initiatives, contributing to proposals and pitches as needed.
- Stay informed about industry developments, client needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in account management, client success, or business development (regional or multi-market experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of China solutions, digital marketing, e-commerce, and/or influencer marketing.
- Proven track record of managing high-value clients and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin (additional Asian languages a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Regional travel required.
