Middle Backend Developer (Python) (Visa and work permit sponsorship to Thailand)

This isn’t just backend development, you’ll architect intelligent workflows, build tools using the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and integrate cross-functional services into our AI ecosystem. What You'll Do

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable Python applications and APIs to support data-rich platforms like AnyTag and AnyAI
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code in alignment with engineering best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend, Product, and Data Engineers to deliver impactful features
• Support system integrations with third-party APIs and internal microservices
• Optimize backend performance and participate in debugging and troubleshooting
• Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning

Who You Are

• 2+ years of professional experience in backend development using Python
• Proficient with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django similar frameworks
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to communicate in English in a multicultural, collaborative team

Nice To Have

• AI & LLM Frameworks: Experience with LangChain and LangGraph is highly desirable
• MCP Knowledge: Familiarity with FastMCP or the Model Context Protocol ecosystem
• AI Agent Experience: Understanding of how LLM-based agents function (context management, tool calling, memory)
• Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with GCP (specifically Cloud Run)
