We are seeking a talented Account Management strengthen our relationships with our Japanese clients and ensure their continued success.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, serving as a liaison between the client and our organization.
- Provide clients with marketing and advertising support to facilitate the successful establishment of their brands in the market.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of services.
- Monitor job progress and adhere to established timelines to ensure timely project completion.
- Create project timelines based on assessments by the responsible team and align them with client expectations.
- Organize meetings with clients, both on and off-site, to discuss project progress and maintain a strong client relationship.
- Develop project timelines for assigned digital marketing campaigns to meet client objectives.
- Consolidate reports customized to client requirements, highlighting key findings and offering meaningful recommendations.
- Gather relevant data and insights to evaluate account performance and set digital marketing direction.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, identifying potential issues, and working on preventive solutions. Stand by to resolve problems as they arise.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure contract compliance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and suggest additional services to clients.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a digital advertising or marketing context.
- Strong English and Thai skills (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
- Client-focused with a dedication to providing excellent service.
- Results-oriented and able to meet or exceed client objectives.
- Strategic thinking and a passion for digital advertising and marketing.
