We are seeking a Business Development to help us drive growth and expand our reach in this rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape.


What You'll Do 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with potential clients and affiliates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and affiliates, providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including D2C and another team to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales events to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in a CRM system (hubspot)


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Able to work in first quarter of 2024
  • Understanding of D2C (direct-to-consumer), e-commerce, and affiliate marketing landscape and also client objectives
  • Experience in communicating with clients or sales directly to maintain good relationships.
  • Good command of English and Thai
  • Cheerful, self-initiative, good team player and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
