Influencer Management

At AnyMind Thailand, we believe in the power of influencer marketing to drive brand awareness and engagement. We are a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to creating impactful campaigns for our clients. We are now looking for an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Management to join us and lead our influencer marketing efforts.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information with internal team members
• Produce and maintain project documents for on-going campaigns, including those related to influencer payments, to submit to line manager for approvals
• Manage day-to-day support operations, including route scheduling, packing and monitoring
• Prepare and manage all relevant documents (e.g. purchase order) to support expensing and budget tasks
• Attend and take minutes for meetings as indicated by the line manager or senior team members
• Support new staff by providing overviews of processes as indicated by the line manager
• Support the team in creating reports on MS Excel and Google Spreadsheet
• Produce daily reports and provide ad-hoc support as and when required

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business development, mass communications, or related field (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Good command of English and fluent in Thai
• Able to work in the first quarter of 2024
• Result-oriented mind with passion for work
• Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of MS Excel or Google Spreadsheet
