AnyMind Group boosts FORENCOS’ e-commerce sales by 2.3 times in Japan

FORENCOS developed a data-driven e-commerce sales strategy and leveraged on AnyMind Group’s platforms including AnyX, AnyTag, AnyLogi and AnyChat

AnyMind Group[TSE:5027], a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has announced that Korean beauty and cosmetics brand, FORENCOS, has successfully increased its e-commerce revenue in the Japanese market by 2.3 times since partnering with AnyMind in June 2024. This growth was driven by a data-driven e-commerce and marketing strategy leveraging AnyMind’s platforms, such as AnyX and AnyTag.

FORENCOS is a Korean beauty and cosmetics brand manufactured and sold by FORENCOS Corporation. The brand first started its distribution in department stores in Korea, with its lip tint product line gaining popularity in 2018. To expand its sales channels and grow brand recognition in the Japan market, in addition to its existing distribution strategy, FORENCOS started sales on e-commerce marketplaces for Japan in June 2024.

Strategies Implemented:

  • E-commerce Management: Utilizing AnyX for e-commerce management, FORENCOS integrated and analyzed data from various e-commerce platforms and brand.com stores to optimize inventory management and promotional strategies.
  • Logistics Support: Leveraging international shipping platform,AnyLogi, FORENCOS was able to tap on end-to-end logistics support, from import to domestic distribution.
  • Influencer Marketing:AnyMind’s AnyTag platform for influencer marketing, with a database of over 870,000 influencers (as of December 2024), enabled targeted influencer marketing campaigns driven by data insights from AnyX.
  • Customer Engagement: The use of AnyChat, a conversational commerce platform, improved customer interaction across e-commerce marketplaces and messaging apps.


Results:
  • E-commerce Sales: 2.3x growth in online sales compared to pre-engagement levels (based on year-on-year sales comparison during Qoo10’s largest discount event).
  • Marketing Performance:
    Instagram: 500% increase in tagged posts between May 2024 and January 2025, based on the total number of posts on AnyTag.
    TikTok: Over 6 million views on related content (timeline from June 2024 to November 2024, as captured on AnyTag).

Following its success in Japan, FORENCOS expanded into Vietnam in late 2024 with support from AnyMind. The company also plans to expand into other Southeast Asian markets, where demand for K-Beauty products continues to grow.
