AnyMind Group releases GenAI-powered customer review analysis module for Shopee and Lazada on AnyX

The new module on AnyX is designed to support e-commerce planning for enterprises in Southeast Asia through automated mass analysis of reviews from Shopee and Lazada

AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced the launch of a module on its e-commerce management platform,AnyX, that utilizes generative artificial intlligence (GenAI) to collect and analyze customer reviews on e-commerce marketplaces. At launch, this capability is compatible with Shopee and Lazada, and is immediately available in six Southeast Asian markets: Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and the Philippines.

With the Southeast Asian e-commerce market continuing to grow to an estimated market size fromUS$139 billion in 2023 to US$186 billion by 2025, accurately understanding customer feedback and responding swiftly has become a key competitive advantage for brands.

However, analyzing the vast amount of multi-language customer reviews manually has posed significant time and cost challenges. To address these challenges, the new GenAI-powered customer review analysis module enables brands to layer review data on tracked cross-channel sales performance in real-time and make data-driven decisions quickly. This can then be applied to areas such as:

  • Evaluation of Product Performance: Analyze the correlation between customer reviews and sales performance in each channel to identify the products that resonate most with customers.
  • Optimized Marketing Strategies: Tailor promotional campaigns based on customer sentiment and key topics extracted from reviews, aligning strategies with customer needs in each channel.
  • Targeted Product Improvements: Adjust product features or offerings based on customer feedback, specifically targeting channels where performance may lag.


At launch, the module has features that include:

  • Review Summarization: Utilization of GenAI to summarize review data, enabling brands to gain insights into customer opinions on products without having to go through massive amounts of reviews.
  • Review Topic Analysis: Extraction of frequently mentioned topics and features from customer reviews, helping brands understand product strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Review Sentiment Analysis: Use of GenAI to analyze customer sentiment (positive, negative) expressed in reviews, giving brands a clearer understanding of overall customer satisfaction with their products or services.
  • Competitor Review Comparison Analysis: Application of GenAI to compare product reviews with those of competitors, allowing brands to assess their market position in real-time.
