AnyMind Group, an end-to-end commerce enablement company, has today announced that the push notification function for AnyManager Engage on its publisher growth platform, AnyManager, is now compatible with devices using iOS.
Following the recent iOS 16.4 update on March 27, 2023, Safari can now send push notifications to users. Through AnyManager Engage, website publishers can easily implement Progressive Web App functionality and deliver push notifications to users that are also using iOS devices (in addition to Android devices), enabling website publishers to update users on a variety of areas such as when new content or breaking news is published, and more. This provides website publishers with new ways to increase pageviews and advertising revenue, and users can decide to allow or reject the sending of notifications locally on their devices.
