Head of Business Development (Hanoi based)

What You Will Do
- Take responsibility for pipeline management, sales and revenue forecasting, sales approach and strategy development, and implementation to achieve ambitious growth targets for the Hanoi Business Unit
- Develop a clear business vision and mission, and lead the business planning process across departments/divisions (IMC, Media, Influencer Marketing, etc.) to align goals
- Lead, manage, and grow the business profitably by driving efficiency improvements at every step of the value chain
- Provide strategic direction and input for the development of the business, aligning with local and group requirements (Market Business Strategy and Operational Plan/Integrated Commercial Planning)
- Continuously challenge the organization to ensure results and effectiveness, and optimize the business model for future scalability
- Maximize new business development opportunities by understanding industry-specific trends and landscapes, integrating these new growth areas and trends with company strategies and products. Assess risks and potentials, and estimate partners' needs and goals
- Develop and implement effective business strategies and programs
- Ensure team member satisfaction and retention
Who You Are
- MBA or advanced degree highly preferred
- At least 10 years of working experience, preferably in an advertising agency
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Visionary with organizational agility
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and the Vietnam market
- Ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience in leading or managing project teams or people
- Ability to translate insights into action while maintaining a results-driven approach
- Can-do attitude with a mission-driven mindset
- Strong analytical skills, including previous experience in creating/managing P&L and KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
