What You'll Do

  • Drive short- and long-term E-commerce strategy to meet and exceed company's objectives
  • Own the E-commerce P&L, including media budget, sampling, promotions
  • Partner closely with external agency and cross-functional digital marketing team to develop investment strategy and manage monthly budgets to maximize ROAS
  • Help support planning and execution of E-commerce ad spend with media agency, that support the brand's sales goal and marketing focuses
  • Oversee entire customer site experience by partnering with marketing to create content including product page, brand store, assets, videos, reviews and refreshes
  • Manage day-to-day Vendor Central operations, such as inventory management, order tracking, forecasting, new launches and suggested replenishments
  • Stay on top of e-commerce industry trends and use data & information to adapt existing campaign strategies
  • Run and analyze relevant reports and present findings and recommendations to optimize the business
  • Partner with marketing on calendar for all new launch, promotions and campaigns
  • Own the catalog maintenance on E-commerce and ensure all products are in stock
  • Track competition, category trends and other retail sites, to implement growth strategies
  • Build key seasonal programs by determining the right assortment and high ROI supporting tactics
  • Monitor selling data from E-commerce portals vendor central and deliver reporting to the appropriate team members
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships in all functions
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly sale report

  •  Analyzing difference within monthly sale Target vs actual achievement.

  •  Making calls to customers or vendors and give all necessary detail through mail

  •  Maintain Payment collection & vendor records in Excel worksheet.

  •  Regular report to the immediate manager and top level management about the daily collections.

Who You Are

  • 2-3 years ecommerce or agency experience within Retail, CPG, wholesale, or DTC Interest 
  • Previous E-commerce experience strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of execution
  • Interest and enthusiasm for digital and the D2C industry
  • Bachelor's degree required
