What you will do:

  • Day to day HR operations
  • Monthly payroll processing + CPF submission
  • Annual income tax and ad hoc tax clearance for non-citizen
  • Exit clearance, termination of accounts, arrange exit interview
  • Add/terminate employees on insurance plan
  • Answer to employees’ enquiries
  • New hire work flow processes
  • Manage pass renewals & issuance
  • Manage recruitment such as job portal postings and screening
  • Handle applicants such as schedule for interviews, follow up, update status
  • Prepare letters and relevant reports
  • Internal communications
  • Assisting in HR initiatives and other ad hoc HR matters

 

Who you are:

  • Diploma, preferably in Human Resource
  • More than 1 year of HR experience in payroll processing. Highly preferred with recruitment experience as well.
  • Good knowledge of MOM regulations
  • Well organised and strong work ethic
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, positive and a team player
  • Well versed in MS Office
