What you will do:
- Day to day HR operations
- Monthly payroll processing + CPF submission
- Annual income tax and ad hoc tax clearance for non-citizen
- Exit clearance, termination of accounts, arrange exit interview
- Add/terminate employees on insurance plan
- Answer to employees’ enquiries
- New hire work flow processes
- Manage pass renewals & issuance
- Manage recruitment such as job portal postings and screening
- Handle applicants such as schedule for interviews, follow up, update status
- Prepare letters and relevant reports
- Internal communications
- Assisting in HR initiatives and other ad hoc HR matters
Who you are:
- Diploma, preferably in Human Resource
- More than 1 year of HR experience in payroll processing. Highly preferred with recruitment experience as well.
- Good knowledge of MOM regulations
- Well organised and strong work ethic
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, positive and a team player
- Well versed in MS Office
