Junior HR Executive

This is an entry/junior level HR generalist role with responsibilities such as recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, HR policies, internal communication, employee engagement.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition Support
- Manage campus recruitment for internship roles
- Assist in recruitment process such as interview arrangements
- Facilitate in new hire onboarding and orientation
- Regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to enhance our talent pipeline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to recruitment
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly payroll processing
- Consolidate attendance records, leave records, and other relevant data to ensure accuracy of payroll processing.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide assistance in resolving issues.
- Collaborate with finance department to reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulations
- Attend to queries on benefits related
Employee Engagement
- Involved in planning, organizing and execution of employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to enhance the employee experience and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Collect feedback from employees through surveys
Administrative HR
- Maintaining employee records, updating HRIS databases, and preparing HR documents such as reports, letters and employment contracts.
- Work pass related mattersInternal communications to employees and responding to MOM surveys
- Assist in offboarding process of leaving employee
- Support in ad-hoc HR projects, initiatives and related matters as assigned.
Who You Are

Diploma/Degree in Human Resource

Experience in payroll processing is required. (Good to have recruitment experience)

Well organised with high level of accountability, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Good knowledge of MOM employment law and work pass regulations in Singapore

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, positive and a team player

Well versed in MS Office
