What You'll Do
A creative digital native who has excellent graphic design & Mobile UI/UX aesthetics, can think out of the box and is looking for an exciting opportunity in the fast-growing mobile ad-tech industry to utilize his/her skills to produce impactful, innovative and award-winning creative mobile banner ads for brands, not only Indonesia market but across Asia Pacific, along with channelizing their powerful presentation skills and data analysis ability.
- Copywriting: Strong command over English and ability to craft concepts, user flow and banner journey, to produce creative interactive ads with effective storytelling.
- Designing and Visualization: Creating best-in-class mobile-first rich media mobile ad experiences, prototypes, mock-ups for innovative and intuitive mobile interactive banners.
- Creating banner ads based on client’s brief and written concepts shared by the team which include branded mini games and other innovative interactive banners
- Proactively identifying newer designs/layouts, mini games, inspirations/references, tech-based innovative ad formats
- Devising solutions for creative briefs based on client’s communication objectives and mobile’s interactive features to blend innovation with impactful & relevant communication
- Meeting daily creative development targets and delivery deadlines
- Designing mock-ups, banner adaptations and periodically developing marketing collaterals.
- Creative thinking & strategizing: Providing best-in-class mobile-first rich media mobile ad experiences, innovative creative solutions & strategies for brand briefs coming from Indonesia and other Southeast Asia markets.
- Devising solutions for creative briefs based on client’s communication objectives and mobile’s interactive features to blend innovation with impactful & relevant communication
- Creating creative strategy and self-explanatory presentations using text and image mockups for clients along with data points to support wherever required.
- Understanding of audiences, personas, market reach, campaign measurability parameters
- Ideate on pitches for agency meetups, media events.
- Campaign Management: Managing the project/brief, liaison between sales and creative team (internal & external) - from project briefing, providing ideas & mocks, client feedback to delivering the final HTML link to the sales teams
- Data analysis: Post campaign analysis and reporting Perform industry/competition analysis and forecasting of trends
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree from Computer Science or any related background
- 4 years+ of experience in digital ad agency / social media agency/ mobile advertising
- A strong creative design portfolio and expertise in popular designing software’s ie. Adobe Suite
- Solid know-how of mobile UI/UX design aesthetics (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, After Effects and more)
- Ability to multi-task and work in the fast-paced start up environment.
- Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
