We are seeking a talented Account Management strengthen our relationships with our Japanese clients and ensure their continued success.


What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, serving as a liaison between the client and our organization.
  • Provide clients with marketing and advertising support to facilitate the successful establishment of their brands in the market.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of services.
  • Monitor job progress and adhere to established timelines to ensure timely project completion.
  • Create project timelines based on assessments by the responsible team and align them with client expectations.
  • Organize meetings with clients, both on and off-site, to discuss project progress and maintain a strong client relationship.
  • Develop project timelines for assigned digital marketing campaigns to meet client objectives.
  • Consolidate reports customized to client requirements, highlighting key findings and offering meaningful recommendations.
  • Gather relevant data and insights to evaluate account performance and set digital marketing direction.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, identifying potential issues, and working on preventive solutions. Stand by to resolve problems as they arise.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure contract compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and suggest additional services to clients.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a digital advertising or marketing context.
  • Strong English and Thai skills (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
  • Client-focused with a dedication to providing excellent service.
  • Results-oriented and able to meet or exceed client objectives.
  • Strategic thinking and a passion for digital advertising and marketing.
