Senior Finance Manager

What You'll Do

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Lead financial data analysis to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
• Develop financial reporting systems and controls to enhance information quality.

Accounting

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Manage general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Implement and maintain internal controls over accounting processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and variance analyses.
• Liaise with department heads to improve financial performance and cost control.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that affect accounting practices.

Cash Flow Management:

• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure fund availability and implement policies for effective cash management.

Audit and Taxation:

• Coordinate with external & internal auditors for the audit process.
• Ensure compliance with the tax regulations.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicate financial results and strategies and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Team Leadership and Development:

Report Line: Country Manager and Regional Finance Head

• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team of 11 members currently.

 Who You Are

• Minimum S1 From Accounting background
• Proven experience in overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Willing to be located in BSD, Tangerang Office
• Solid background in managing accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to conduct detailed financial analysis.
• Strong leadership abilities with 5 or more years of experience in managing a team.
• Self-starter with commercial mindset who can work side by side to identify financial opportunities with Managing Director
• Good communication skills with high proficiency in English
• Experience in the digital marketing and e-commerce industry.
