Senior Executive, Affiliate Community Management (Creator Growth Business)

At AnyMind Group, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Affiliate Community Management to join our Creator Growth business in Thailand. You will be instrumental in building, nurturing, and growing a high-performing community of affiliate creators for our brand partners. This role is a blend of community management, content strategy, sales enablement, and data analysis, with a direct impact on brand performance and creator revenue.

Who We Are 

               The Creator Growth (CG) business at AnyMind is a two-sided service catering to both 'Content Creators' (including media companies, individual creators, and music artists) who're looking for professional support in production, strategy, and content optimization across major social media platforms, and 'Brands' who interested in an end-to-end marketing funnel driven by creators and content. Our core services include YouTube Reservation Ads for precise content targeting; Creator Utilization to build credibility and deliver targeted content; Affiliate Solution for performance-based eCommerce growth; and Production Services covering graphics, video content, commercial music, and livestreaming. We focus on developing tailored strategies and full-funnel packages to ensure maximum efficiency and deliver measurable, sustainable business results

What You'll Do

• Community & Creator Management: Build and manage the brand's affiliate community on platforms like LINE OA. This includes setting up LINE OA foundation, and developing a CRM tagging structure to segment creators for targeted communication along with recruiting creators to the LINE OA. 
• Content Planning : Develop and execute a weekly content plan to engage the creator community, fostering strong relationships and a sense of brand partnership; while ensuring that all communication aligns with the brand's tone and guidelines.
• Sales Enablement & Performance Boosting: Act as a daily administrator, providing encouragement and support to creators to drive sales. You will monitor sales data daily, cheer on top performers, and clarify product, promotion, and brand activity queries. You will also communicate campaign-specific promotions and manage daily and weekly leaderboards to boost sales and build healthy competition.
• Data & Reporting: Generate regular performance reports to track and analyze key metrics. This includes weekly, campaign, and monthly sales reports alongside engagement content performance report.
• Affiliate Link & Logistics Support: Manage all aspects of affiliate link creation and maintenance, including creating new TAP links for new products and refreshing existing ones as needed. You will also support the logistics of product sample delivery to selected creators.

Who You Are

Must Have

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or creator community management.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop / YouTube Shopping ecosystems preferred.
• Skilled in LINE OA management, and basic design tools (for content & artwork).
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Business-level fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Creative thinker with ability to humanize brand messaging for creators.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
