Customer Success Executive

What You'll Do

  • Responsible to maintain feedback in store from Customer at minimum 95% of satisfaction and give response with SLA maximum 30 minutes
  • Maintain the stability and reputation of store reputation and product review
  • Initiate for solution for feedback below the standard 
  • Liaise with the Brand Development related to product knowledge and marketing promotion update


Who You Are

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • Adaptive person, Fast learner and customer oriented
  • Has 2 years experience in e-Commerce enabled business and used to engage with Marketplaces such Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia and others
  • Candidate should advanced in Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Powerpoint)
  • Well experience in handling issues and has skills of problem solver
  • Familiar with startup business and has agile personality
  • Fun to communicate with
