Sino Pacific Taps on AnyMind Group’s AnyLive to boost live commerce sales of Evian Mineral Water by Over 3.5X

The sales was recorded on Shopee over nine weeks in Thailand, and Sino Pacific also reduced live commerce-related operational costs by up to 90%

AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced the completion of a pilot project by Sino Pacific Trading Co. Ltd., (Sino Pacific) for its Evian Mineral Water product, that leveraged on AnyLive, a generative AI (GenAI) powered live commerce platform, for AI-powered live commerce.

Sino Pacific recorded total live commerce sales of over 3.5 times on Shopee for Evian Mineral Water in Thailand, with GenAI-driven sales contributing more than 80% of sales while cutting operational costs by 90%. In total, Sino Pacific ran 865 hours of live streaming on Shopee – 820 hours via AnyLive and 45 hours by human hosts.

The pilot strategy centered around four key elements:

  • Hybrid Live Streaming: Integrating both AI and human hosts to identify the most effective times for customer engagement – Human hosts streamed during peak hours and AI hosts were deployed during non-peak hours.
  • Optimized Digital Marketing: Strategic budget allocation to boost visibility, increase traffic, and drive conversions.
  • Live Stream Timing Optimization: Analysis and fine-tuning of live stream durations to maximize consumer engagement and purchases.
  • Data-Driven Refinement: Continuous improvements based on real-time performance feedback.

Launched in September 2024, AnyLive is a platform that is designed to provide businesses with the ability to maximize the potential of live selling by complementing human hosts and human-led live streams with AI avatars, enabling the operation of live streams 24/7. The platform also has seamless integrations with e-commerce and social commerce platforms.
