AnyMind Group agrees to acquire Indonesian e-commerce enabler PT Digital Distribusi Indonesia

AnyMind Group, a commerce enablement company, has today announced that it has agreed to acquire all shares issued by Indonesia-based eDistributor and e-commerce enabler, PT Digital Distribusi Indonesia (DDI). Through the acquisition, DDI will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of AnyMind Group.
