AnyMind Group has grown very quickly in Malaysia even with less than a year of operations. As a technology startup, we’re always hungry to grow together with our partners. In order to drive growth in the influencer marketing ecosystem through education, we partnered with Selangor Information Technology and E-commerce Council (SITEC) to share with over 40 marketers and advertisers with the latest influencer marketing tactics and strategies in Malaysia through an event titled: “2019 KOL与网红行销攻略”. (KOL & influencer marketing strategy 2019)
Event speakers included founder of ‘MyStartr’, Malaysia’s first funding platform for creative projects, Mr. Goh Boon Peng, along with Bven Yip, senior executive of CastingAsia and Passion Chiang, business development manager for AnyMind Group.
The speakers covered the current online marketing situation in Malaysia and why should marketers and advertisers need to take deeper consideration into influencer marketing. The speakers also touched on different kinds of influencers and segments in Malaysia, including influencer personas segmentation. With CastingAsia, marketers have access to influencers and best practices across Asia.
In this event, we showcased a case study in Taiwan where a brand leveraged on both AI and social listening to develop influencer marketing planning and post campaign analysis. Event attendees gained insights on how technology can tackle the difficulties of influencer marketing – and how it has now become critical for advertisers to achieve better influencer-to-brand matching and monitoring of activities.
