Indofood CBP, a leading F&B manufacturer in Indonesia, partnered with AnyMind Group in Indonesia to boost sales and online presence through the TikTok Shop Rumah Indofood. AnyMind was responsible for managing store operations and live streaming to achieve these goals.

Strategy
Riding the wave of excitement around the Indonesian national football team and leveraging the strategic moment of Ramadan, a key period for the F&B industry, Indofood CBP saw a major opportunity. The challenge was how to increase visibility and sales on TikTok Shop Rumah Indofood, particularly for their Ramadan Package products.

As Indofood CBP’s partner in managing the TikTok Shop, AnyMind Group provided a full suite of live streaming solutions featuring national team stars. This included the AI-powered live streaming platform AnyLive, studio setup, cameras, lighting, hosts, and in-stream promotional strategies.

Results

This live streaming sessions resulted in a 426.82% increase in sales compared to the daily average live stream performance, with 2,000 total viewers and the Indofood 100k Ramadan Parcel being the best-selling product during the session.
