How has your journey been until today?
During my fourth year of university in 2017, I joined AnyMind as an intern, when the company was in its second year of establishment. I gained experience in marketing sales at the Bangkok office, and was attracted to the opportunity to compete in Asia’s growing markets and made the decision to join the company, I was then assigned to work out of the Ho Chi Minh City office.
What helped get you to where you are today, and what are some key traits that helped you grow quickly?
AnyMind is a company that continues to grow by leveraging not just organic growth but also venturing into new businesses and M&A, so a high level of adaptability to change is important. As one’s role and the level of required skills constantly increase, it is important to objectively understand one’s situation and continue to strive without letting one’s mental state falter.
Personally, I have been required to continuously evolve in line with the rapidly changing business conditions and organizational growth, such as advertising sales in Vietnam, establishing presence in a new market, launching new businesses in Japan, and managing organizations with 100 employees.
What motivates you to achieve more, and what is your philosophy working here?
In order to become a top-notch business leader in the future, I have made efforts to overcome all kinds of difficulties both in terms of business and organization, and turn them into my own motivation. The environment constantly demands changes beyond my current capacity, so the stress load can be high, but at the same time, I have been able to go knee-deep into business at a level that I wouldn’t experience in my twenties, making it a very exciting environment for me.
