How has your journey been until today?
Before joining AnyMind, I had a long-term internship at ByteDance and also gained business planning experience at Toyota Motor Corporation for the Chinese market. At both of these companies, I was able to work in a global environment and support in the growth of businesses on a large scale.
I first joined AnyMind as an intern in Hong Kong, and rejoined the company after I had completed my studies. Since rejoining AnyMind, I have gained experience launching the logistics and cross-border e-commerce business. I worked with the product development team to develop a global logistics platform called AnyLogi, and I am also involved in developing logistics partners and creating a system to enable more customers to use AnyLogi.
In the cross-border e-commerce business, I worked with AnyMind’s local offices to develop and implement commercial distribution and sales strategies to enable brands to expand their e-commerce businesses more easily overseas.
What helped get you to where you are today, and what are some key traits that helped you grow quickly?
I have grown in an environment that allows me to freely exercise my abilities as long as it leads to the growth of our clients, partners, and team. AnyMind has several core values that help our clients, partners, and teams grow, and I feel that these values take precedence over anything else. In this environment, I can focus on the growth of everyone I work with, and I have been able to grow in the process as well.
What motivates you to achieve more, and what is your philosophy working here?
My motivation at work is to grow and create a significant impact on my clients, partners, and team. I am able to work in an environment where I can remain committed to our clients, partners, and team and create value-add without any unnecessary barriers. It is my pleasure to grow with not only AnyMind but also our clients and partners and create a significant impact on the world, together.
