AnyMind Group [TSE:5027], a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced the completed acquisition of all shares of Japan-based creator studio, NADESIKO Inc . The company previously announced its agreement to acquire NADESIKO in August 2025.
In addition, AnyMind Group has rebranded NADESIKO to NADESHIKO Beauty, with the aim of expanding NADESHIKO Beauty’s capabilities into other markets and regions.
With social commerce continuing to expand, designing consumer experience from discovery to purchase is becoming increasingly important for brands. By integrating NADESHIKO Beauty, which has strengths in the social commerce space for the beauty industry, with AnyMind Group’s integrated BPaaS capabilities across AI, e-commerce, marketing and logistics, the company is looking to further enhance its value proposition in the social commerce era.
The company will also leverage expertise gained from GROVE, a Japan-based creator network acquired in 2020, which owns creator labels such as “Seju” and “MUNI” to expand NADESHIKO Beauty’s support for the beauty industry.
