AnyMind Group expands AnyChat capabilities to e-commerce marketplaces through integrations with Southeast Asia’s leading platforms, Lazada and Shopee

AnyChat and AnyX users can now manage and track customer engagement across Lazada, Shopee, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram Direct Message, and LINE

AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced that its conversational commerce platform, AnyChat, is now connected with Lazada and Shopee, the leading e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia. This enables AnyChat users to seamlessly send and receive messages with their customers on these e-commerce marketplaces, in addition to other connected messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram Direct Message and LINE. AnyChat is also available to users through AnyMind’s e-commerce management platform, AnyX.

With this update, businesses, online merchants, and customer support teams can engage with customers in any region where Lazada and Shopee are available. Both Lazada and Shopee boast extensive reach in Southeast Asia, serving as vital e-commerce platforms with millions of active users. This makes them particularly dominant in markets across the region, facilitating seamless interaction between businesses and customers.

The integration of Lazada and Shopee with AnyChat encompasses a range of functionalities, including:

  • Real-time chat messaging for AnyChat users with their customers, facilitated through a variety of functions, including the ability to send image and video attachments.
  • Attach order and product information to messages to enhance customer assistance. This functionality is particularly useful when users initiate communication from specific order or product pages, ensuring all relevant details are included for reference.
  • The flexibility to assign chat conversations to specific staff members or users enhances the management of customer engagements and ensures efficient inquiry resolution.
