AnyMind Group, an end-to-end commerce enablement platform, has today announced that its logistics management platform, AnyLogi, is now available on Rakuten Ichiba, one of the largest e-commerce marketplaces in Japan. This move enables the centralization of inventory management across multiple sales channels including Rakuten Ichiba and other channels, and enables the automation and efficiency of operations in e-commerce logistics.
AnyLogi can now automatically capture order information on Rakuten Ichiba and enable unified management of status such as receiving, storing, shipping, and actual inventory. As a result, returned items to warehouses and refused receipts, by end customers of Rakuten Ichiba merchants using AnyLogi, can now be seamlessly reflected on the platform and converted to inventory on Rakuten Ichiba and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Rakuten Ichiba merchants can now tap on the following functions through AnyLogi:
1. Automatic capturing of order information and central management of warehousing, storage and shipping through a single dashboard Rakuten Ichiba merchants can start using AnyLogi as soon as they install the application and send their products to AnyLogi partnered warehouses. Order information is automatically imported from Rakuten Ichiba, and merchants can check information on incoming, outgoing and storage orders in real-time.
2. Centralized inventory management across multiple sales channels By linking e-commerce carts across multiple sales channels such as Shopify and Rakuten Ichiba, the actual real-time inventory count in warehouses can be automatically reflected across each online store. This eliminates the need for inventory management for individual sales channels and prevents duplicate sales between multiple sales channels.
3. Efficient logistics system through a network of logistics partners Through our networked logistics partners, tracking numbers are automatically reflected on AnyLogi and delivery status can be checked in real-time. In the case of refusal of receipt or long absence from pick up or receipt point, products can be automatically returned to the warehouse, recorded as inventory, and updated across connected online stores, preventing the loss of sales opportunities.
