AnyMind’s 8th birthday: Charting the path to hypergrowth – highlighting six individuals who have grown rapidly with the company

At AnyMind, high performance and growth are a big part of our culture - we always strive for more excellence!

On our 8th birthday, we spoke to six individuals who have grown significantly since they joined the company, as a result of their continuous achievements in the company - from interns becoming department heads to an individual who joined us in the early years of his career and is now a country manager.

We wanted to understand what has got them to this point and what keeps them going.

How has your journey been until today?

I worked at an education start-up after graduating from university for a year, doing events and PR. I then joined AnyMind in late 2017 under a brand new team (at that time) called Hanoi Operation Center (HOC). Back then, I was really keen on communicating & networking with people and preferred working in off-site locations compared to staying in one place the whole time. I had always imagined growing my career in event planning or event marketing.

How has your journey been until today?

Before joining AnyMind, I gained three years of valuable experience in AdTech, excelling in business development and operations as an individual and a team manager.

I then joined AnyMind in 2017 as Platform Operations Manager, and was tasked with building the Platform Operations department for the Publisher Growth business segment. Now, as Regional Head of Platform Operations for Publisher Growth, I am responsible for various areas including business operations, partnership expansion, and strategic initiatives

How has your journey been until today?

During my fourth year of university in 2017, I joined AnyMind as an intern, when the company was in its second year of establishment. I gained experience in marketing sales at the Bangkok office, and was attracted to the opportunity to compete in Asia's growing markets and made the decision to join the company, I was then assigned to work out of the Ho Chi Minh City office.

Before joining AnyMind, I had a long-term internship at ByteDance and also gained business planning experience at Toyota Motor Corporation for the Chinese market. At both of these companies, I was able to work in a global environment and support in the growth of businesses on a large scale.
