We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive to join our innovative AnyLive AI livestreaming team. In this crucial role, you will support regional livestream execution for both AI Avatar and Real Human formats. You will act as a key bridge between our local, production, and tech teams, playing a vital part in ensuring the smooth, scalable, and successful delivery of our cutting-edge livestreaming solutions.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute comprehensive pre-stream preparations, including equipment setup, software configuration (primarily OBS), studio setup, and product placement.
• Handle all live stream technical operations using OBS, managing scene transitions, monitoring quality, and proactively troubleshooting any technical issues in real-time.
• Act as the key liaison with the production team to manage and maintain the shooting schedule calendar, ensuring all livestreaming campaigns launch on time.
• Prepare and manage content for AI livestreaming campaigns, including Text-to-Speech (TTS) and scripts.
• Provide comprehensive support to hosts and on-air talent, manage live chat moderation, and assist with audience engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech) to ensure all livestream elements (assets, scripts, avatars) are ready and aligned for execution.
• Analyze live stream performance data, generate weekly and monthly reports for clients, and proactively manage/optimize campaign elements like FAQs.
• Oversee the recording, archiving, and basic editing of live stream content.
• Maintain streaming equipment and stay updated on the latest live streaming technologies, platforms, and industry best practices.

Who You Are

• Strong interest in livestreaming, content creation, or AI/tech-driven media.
• Good writing skills in English (fluency in other regional languages is a plus) for scripting and basic content editing.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a passion for e-commerce.
• Excellent coordination skills, able to facilitate collaboration between different teams across markets.
• Experience in e-commerce, live commerce, digital marketing, or project management is a plus.

Nice To Have

• Proven experience in a live streaming role.
• In-depth knowledge of streaming hardware (cameras, audio, lighting, encoders), software (e.g., OBS, vMix), and various platforms (e.g., Tiktok Live, Shopee Live).
