Senior Manager, Supply Chain and Fulfillment Operations

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Fulfillment Operations is a key leadership role responsible for the full management of e-commerce fulfillment , inventory planning, and leading the creation of new import-related functions from scratch. This position oversees two main teams: Fulfillment Center and Inventory Planning , focusing on optimizing operations , streamlining workflows for company growth , and ensuring high customer satisfaction  in a fast-paced environment. You will use your expertise in e-commerce logistics and supply chain management to drive strategic projects and ensure everything runs smoothly.

 

What You'll Do

1. Strategic Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, including Demand & Supply Planning Manager, Senior Executives, Inventory Planners, and Supply Chain Analysts.
  • Develop a high-performing team culture through structured coaching, performance management, and long-term career development plans.
  • Align team objectives with the company’s business strategy to ensure cohesive and productive operations across all supply chain functions.

2. Inventory & Supply Chain Management

  • Provide strategic oversight across the entire inventory planning and forecasting process, ensuring proper stock levels that support operational and commercial needs.
  • Lead initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, reduce stockouts, optimize safety stock, and minimize excess or aging inventory.
  • Collaborate with commercial, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on inventory strategy, demand forecasting, and supply planning.

 

3. New Function Setup: Import & Regulatory Compliance (NEW SCOPE)

  • Establish the company’s import operations, including workflows, checklists, documentation standards, and compliance SOPs.
  • Develop processes related to regulatory approvals, including working with Thai FDA (อย.), customs, and other government agencies.
  • Coordinate with shipping agents, forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure seamless end-to-end import operations.
  • Define the job scope for Import Officer roles, recruit future team members, and train them when the import function expands.
  • Ensure the company remains fully compliant with all import regulations and licensing requirements for every shipment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate import processes with warehouse, finance, and system workflows.

4. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all fulfillment and inventory-related matters.
  • Coordinate with E-commerce Operations, Key Account Management (KAM), Warehouse Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with internal teams during major sales events to ensure stock readiness, operational stability, and fulfillment efficiency.

5. Financial Management & Performance Tracking

  • Own and manage the department’s budget, including profit and loss related to fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure operational efficiency, service levels, inventory health, and cost performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, prepare analytical reports for senior management, and identify areas of continuous improvement.

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • At least 5–8 years of direct experience in E-commerce, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, and offline B2B operations, with strong exposure to digital commerce workflows.
  • Knowledge and practical understanding of AI adaptation within supply chain or operations.
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce fulfillment for platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify—especially during major events (“Double Digit Days”).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify operational issues, interpret data, and build effective solutions tailored to e-commerce logistics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient in project management and continuous process improvement frameworks.
  • Able to work at both: mainly at Head Office (Emporium) and 1-2 times per month at Warehouse (Wang Noi, Ayutthaya).
