Creator Engagement Manager, Creator Growth

We are looking for a data-driven Affiliate Network Manager (L3) to manage our affiliate campaigns, community, and network-building initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and Affiliate Revenue for our brand clients on platforms like TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping or Shopee. You will build and maintain a high-performing network of creators (KOLs/KOCs) who generate sales, not just views. You are not just finding creators; you are optimizing a sales channel. You will use AnyMind’s proprietary technology (AnyTag, AnyCreator) and AI tools to identify winning creators and scale successful campaigns.

What You Will Do

Affiliate Strategy & Campaign Management:

• Revenue Growth: Drive GMV and Revenue targets through Cost-Per-Action (CPA) and Cost-Per-Sale (CPS) models. You are responsible for the P&L of your affiliate campaigns.
• Creator Selection: Develop the strategy for identifying and recruiting high-converting creators (KOCs) at scale. You determine the right mix of niche vs. mass creators for each brand.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data daily (Clicks, Orders, GMV, ROAS). Identify underperforming creators and replace them; identify high performers and double down on them.

Tech & Innovation:

• Platform Mastery: Be the expert on platform algorithms (TikTok Shop Affiliate, YouTube Shopping, Shopee Affiliate). Understand the latest rules, commission structures, and "hot" product trends.
• AI Adoption: Lead the adoption of AI tools to automate the search for creators and the drafting of outreach scripts.

Platform Partnerships:

• Build and maintain relationships with platform partners (TikTok / YouTube) for policy updates, secure creator and commercial support such as deals and vouchers

Creator Engagement:

• Engage in communication and planning to engage and grow affiliate creators via activities (offline and online), insights, education, providing attentive care and support for top creators and the affiliate creator community.
• Nurture top creators/ affiliate communities to grow via YouTube content revenue, and execute affiliate ecommerce campaigns and livestreaming projects on e-commerce platforms (TikTok)
• Analyze performance metrics, content trends and affiliate performance to optimize creator growth strategies and revenue for the Vietnam market.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 1–2 years specifically in Affiliate Marketing, Social Commerce, or E-commerce Enabler roles.
• Deep understanding of TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, and/or Shopee affiliate ecosystems is mandatory.
• You live in spreadsheets. You are comfortable calculating ROAS, Conversion Rates, and Commission Tiers.
• Existing relationships with MCNs or creator networks is a strong plus.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in both verbal and written English
• Have a big passion for creators and affiliate communities. Better an affiliate creator himself/herself to understand the trends and motivations.
• Multiple task management skills. Open-minded person with a growing mindset to deliver tasks at best.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to achieving goals.
• Ability to use AI tools (Gemini, Canva,…)
