As a Business Development Manager, you will be the key member of a growing the new Hong Kong team focused on the development of innovative sales and marketing solutions that will drive revenue. We need someone who is a mover and a shaker. 


What You'll Do

  • Manage sales result of the team to achieve monthly target
  • Supervise member's work and give advice for better productivity
  • Motivate the team to attain the best result among all the teams
  • Attend weekly meetings with CEO, Directors, Senior Managers and other managers
  • Individually prospect, pitch and close sales for clients
  • Support your member with sales activities and planning strategies
  • Build good relationship with other departments in all countries, clients and agencies
  • Continuously develop yourself and your team to stay on top of the latest industry innovations and trends
  • Engage in recruiting new team members, building culture and creating productive environment


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent English and Cantonese 
  • 2+ years of experience as Sales with outstanding result
  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Advertising Agency or AdTech Company 
  • Open to multi-national and diverse work environment
  • Fun to communicate with
  • Familiar with startup culture
