Senior/Manager Business Development (Influencer Marketing)

Identify sales leads, prospects, and opportunities for business growth
Understand the client’s business and identify marketing needs and pain points
Develop and pitch marketing plans integrated with influencer and digital solutions
Maintain relationships with both local and international clients in a consultative fashion
Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and deliverables
Have a strong understanding of company products, competition in the market and positioning.
Consistently deliver sales targets every month and develop sales strategy
Contribute to team effort and be able to coach and mentor other junior members
Keep up-to-date with the latest advertising, digital marketing, influencer trends

3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development function (Advertising, Digital Marketing, or E-Commerce)
3 years of working experience in Digital Marketing Industry or AdTech companies
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Able to work in the first quarter of 2024
Good command of English and Thai
Excellent communication and presenting skills
Positive mindset and willingness to learn
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Being a leader and taking ownership of tasks
Fast learner with can-do attitude
Result-oriented mind with passion for work
Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
