Senior Commercial Manager

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive sales and profitability on Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, along with other local eCommerce marketplaces
- Work closely with Head of D2C and other departments to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and revenue
- Monitor and analyze eCommerce market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Lead the commercial team in the execution of eCommerce initiatives and ensure goals are met
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant data to Head of D2C and Brands.
- Monitor and improve the profitability performance of respective brands and areas
- Continuously improve eCommerce processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in eCommerce, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, marketplaces and trends
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability on eCommerce platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills, preferable with P&L knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
