What You'll Do
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment activities, including job posting, pre-screening, testing, interviewing, negotiating, reference check and hiring process.
- Screening resume and selecting the best fit sending to Line Manager
- Handle candidate sourcing and pre-screening to match qualified candidates with position requirement.
- Identify and build social content that reaches and engages with target candidates across different social media channels
- Update recruitment reports to strategic group everyday
Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment function.
- Excellent communicator and well-organized.
- Good interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, service minded.
- Flexible mindset and a team player
