What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain a phenomenal client-relationships with numerous venerable clienteles from various industries, and others stakeholders - regional and cross functional
  • Be responsible for planning and managing the business P&L, take charge of strategy development, client profitability, the delivery of revenue across the clients, client organic revenue growth, pursue all potential cross sell / up sell opportunities and ensuring the operations team deliver faultless campaign execution
  • Leads the overall strategic approach, integrated acquisition planning, technology innovation, operational successful delivery, account commercials to team management
  • Be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their department, as well as ensuring that it meets its goals and objectives. Identify potential opportunities, risks and solutions for how the team can fulfill or overcome them
  • Proactively lead local team to work with regional in research for new initiatives, product/solution enhancements and product /solution redesign, from concept to completion
  • Empower, coach, delegate and retain qualified members that will contribute to unit goals and the company at large. Lead and develop a strong team to provide the best in class results
  • Accountable for resource plan and unit structure for achieving revenue and operating profit target for business

Who You Are

  • A recognized Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field
  • At least 9 years in the position of digital media related; in which at least 5 years of experience in a management role. Prior experience in Ecommerce consultancy & management is mandatory
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing from planning to optimization, E-commerce (both advertising & operation) and Vietnam market
  • Ability to lead pitches and winning new clients with proven track of records
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Proficient English.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Ability to accurately forecast sales and manage pipeline
