AnyMind Group [TSE:5027], a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced the completed acquisition of Vietnam-based live and social commerce agency, Vibula,first announced on April 25, 2025.
Vibula was founded by Quang Vinh and Nhu Y in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in 2021, and provides brands with services for social commerce, live commerce, e-commerce store management and e-commerce campaign management. The company also has a network of influencers for affiliate marketing and live hosts in Vietnam, along with 40 live streaming studios in Ho Chi Minh City.
The acquisition unlocks a range of strategic synergies between AnyMind Group and Vibula, combining Vibula’s expertise in live commerce operations with AnyMind’s proprietary technology platforms. Vibula’s creator and affiliate network in Vietnam will be integrated into AnyMind’s broader ecosystem, enabling new monetization opportunities through platforms such as AnyCreator and the YouTube Shopping Affiliate program.
Vibula, which will continue to operate under its existing brand in Vietnam, and has already started providing AnyMind Group’s GenAI-powered live commerce platform, AnyLive, to its customers. Vibula customers can also leverage on AnyMind Group’s AnyX for e-commerce operations, allowing for greater automation, scalability, and data-driven decision-making, along with marketing platforms to drive users and conversions through live commerce. AnyMind Group’s marketing platforms include AnyTag for influencer marketing, POKKT for mobile marketing and AnyDigital for digital marketing. The acquisition also paves the way for cross-border expansion of Vibula’s service-driven live commerce model across Southeast Asia.

AnyMind Group has completed 11 acquisitions since its founding, and its first nine acquisitions have seen a combined revenue uplift of 4.4 times from one month post-acquisition to December 2024. In 2025, AnyMind Group has completed two acquisitions: Japanese e-gifting company AnyReach in March 2025 and Vibula, in addition to the acquisition of NADESIKO announced on August 29, 2025.
AnyMind Group first entered the Vietnamese market in 2016, and as of March 2025, had 236 staff in Vietnam, operating out of offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
