AnyMind Group secures exclusive distribution rights for Japanese cosmetics brand THREE in Indonesia

AnyMind Group will provide its BPaaS support inclusive of technology and operations for data-driven imports, e-commerce sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service

AnyMind Group [TSE:5027], a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with ACRO Inc. (hereinafter ACRO), to facilitate the expansion of ACRO’s lifestyle cosmetics brand, THREE, into the Indonesian market. THREE will leverage on AnyMind Group’s BPaaS offerings for data-driven cross-border e-commerce expansion, including technology and operations for import handling, e-commerce operations, marketing, and logistics.


Market Expansion and Strategic Importance

THREE is a Japanese cosmetics brand that emphasizes natural holistic care, with products that use domestically sourced essential oils and botanical ingredients. Since its launch in 2009, THREE has been expanding globally, entering markets such as Thailand, Taiwan, China, and Malaysia. While the brand has previously been available in Indonesia through department stores, the country’s rapidly growing beauty market, young demographic, and large consumer base make it a strategic priority for more robust expansion.

However, navigating Indonesia’s stringent import regulations, regulatory approvals, and establishing local distribution networks posed challenges. To overcome these hurdles, THREE sought a trusted partner with expertise in local compliance, logistics, and e-commerce operations.
