AnyMind Group launches AI-powered review collection and analysis service for e-commerce and social media

The service looks to help clients accelerate the PDCA cycle by efficiently gathering and analyzing consumer feedback on brands and products

AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced the launch of a new service for its recently launched data and AI utilization platform, AnyAI, that leverages generative AI to collect and analyze reviews from e-commerce platforms and social media, enabling speedier decision-making and strategy formulation.

Collecting and analyzing online reviews and ratings has traditionally been labor-intensive, requiring significant resources to gather brand-specific reviews from various e-commerce and social media platforms, including competitor brands. For example, a company that manages over 1,000 SKUs must manually collect and analyze tens of thousands of reviews each month, an effort that can easily exceed 100 hours per year. Both data collection and the detailed analysis needed to incorporate this information into marketing strategies can be challenging.

This service is designed to support the entire marketing strategy process, from planning to execution, by gathering related consumer reviews and feedback on platforms such as Amazon, Rakuten, Instagram and X (formerly Twitter), to help brands extract insights to develop deeper understanding of consumer preferences and opinions of different customer segments across various platforms. Specifically, by comparing unique selling propositions related to product usability and quantifying positive and negative reviews, enterprises can gain a data-driven understanding of how a brand is rated in the marketplace, and use this information to plan strategies and inform decision making.

The review collection and analysis service will leverage Google Cloud, which offers the world’s most secure cloud environment through internal encryption and secure processing. Data is not used for learning and confidentiality of data is maintained.
