AnyMind Group [TSE:5027], a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced the acquisition of all shares of NADESIKO Inc. , a Japan-based creator studio specializing in short-form beauty content and marketing. This marks AnyMind Group’s 12th acquisition globally (including the acquisition of Vibula, which is expected to be completed in Q3 2025), and its 6th acquisition in Japan.
NADESIKO brings strong expertise in social marketing for the beauty industry, including leadership in the short-form video marketing space in Japan. Its flagship TikTok account, “Motecosme-chan Beauty (@mote_cosme),” has built an audience of over 189,000 followers (as of August 2025), generating high engagement among beauty-conscious consumers.
Through the acquisition, AnyMind Group will strengthen its ability to provide brands with fully integrated support across the social-to-commerce value chain. Key synergies include:
- Enhanced social and e-commerce integration: Providing end-to-end support from social marketing and sales to advertising, CRM, inventory, and logistics.
- Beauty-focused creator network expansion: Combining NADESIKO’s expertise with AnyMind Group’s influencer networks, including GROVE’s seju
and MUNI
labels, for further expansion.
- Global expansion of Japanese content: Leveraging AnyMind Group’s international presence to scale Japan-born brands, influencers, and content across Asia.
