Singapore – September 25, 2025 – AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced a strategic partnership with FamilyMart Taiwan to develop and launch a retail media network ecosystem spanning applications, data integration and multi-channel media activation.
The collaboration centers on app monetization and member engagement, leveraging AnyMind Group’s publisher growth platform, AnyManager, and its first-party data integration capabilities, to enhance the FamilyMart app as a high-value platform for advertisers looking to reach Taiwanese audiences.
Retail media has become one of the fastest-growing segments in global advertising and according to IAB and PwC, retail media revenue reached US$53.7 billion in 2024, a 23% year-on-year increase. This momentum is rapidly reshaping marketing strategies in the Asia-Pacific region, positioning retail media networks as a primary battleground for brands.
Evolving FamilyMart Taiwan’s app into a media hub
With more than 19.5 million members, the FamilyMart app is one of Taiwan’s most widely used lifestyle apps. Through this partnership, the app will serve dual roles in membership management and monetization. By analyzing app usage, purchase behavior, and activity tags, advertisers can build contextual audience segments to understand consumer preferences better and improve targeting.
AnyMind Group will also design monetization ad placements across high-engagement areas such as the home screen, mobile pages, and promotions section. These placements will be optimized through AnyManager, enabling multi-slot management and performance analytics to maximize return on investment. In addition, FamilyMart Taiwan will also have access to full-funnel analytics and conversion reports that connect app usage data with offline in-store purchase journeys, to help advertisers evaluate online-to-offline impact, understand consumer profiles and design future campaigns.
The collaboration also marks FamilyMart’s entry into cross-platform remarketing. By connecting with AnyMind Group’s AnyDigital Premium Marketplace, advertisers can extend FamilyMart media placements across major DSPs and digital channels. This closed-loop model: “App engagement → external reach → in-store conversion,” creates a seamless omnichannel consumer journey, boosting ad efficiency while strengthening customer loyalty and brand relationships.
