AnyMind Group looks to bring 100 Japanese brands to various parts of Asia

The company will support brands for customer acquisition, customer service and delivery management in their expansion into Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Indonesia and the Philippines

AnyMind Group , an end-to-end commerce enablement company, has today announced a program that aims to support 100 Japanese brands in their cross-border expansion into markets including Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Indonesia and the Philippines.

The brands and their products will be made available to consumers in the aforementioned markets through e-commerce marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Amazon and Flipkart. This is done through already-established online stores under the name “AnyShop Official Store,” an offshoot of its e-commerce enablement service offering AnyShop, which will house all the brands in this program.

AnyMind Group will also provide a mix of its proprietary platforms and in-market expertise to these brands for areas such as cross-border logistics and delivery management, customer support and marketing.

Through AnyMind Group’s logistics management platform AnyLogi, brands can simply input information such as product details and images into the platform, and send the products to affiliated fulfillment centers. Brands can also tap on AnyMind Group’s conversational commerce platform AnyChat for customer service. These platforms are also connected to the company’s e-commerce management system, AnyX. The combination of the three platforms mean that brands can reduce costs and man-hours typically required for cross-border commerce.

In addition, brands can also utilize AnyMind Group’s marketing platforms, including AnyTag for influencer marketing and AnyDigital for digital marketing, along with the company’s in-market expertise for the planning of marketing strategies.

On the launch of the program, Kosuke Sogo, CEO and co-founder of AnyMind Group, said: “We’re looking to help businesses better manage the growing complexity of online commerce and accelerate a world where business is done through a single platform, is borderless and open, and data can be utilized and maximized freely across business functions. In particular, businesses in Japan have faced various challenges in overseas expansion, such as a shortage of local know-how and resources, language barriers and distance limitations. With this program, we’re looking to provide our technology, local market expertise and transparent pricing to reduce borders between Japanese companies and overseas markets, ultimately forwarding our mission to make every business borderless.”
