1. SEA remains a high-potential yet complex region for monetization. What are the major challenges you see for publishers here, and how is AnyMind, especially through its partnership with PubMatic, helping address them?

In Southeast Asia, one of the biggest challenges we see today is the shift in user behavior. Many web publishers are facing declining traffic as audiences spend more time on short-form video and social platforms. At the same time, advertiser demand for web inventory has softened, putting additional pressure on yield and long-term sustainability.

To navigate these challenges, publishers need smarter infrastructure and more diversified demand. That’s where our partnership with PubMatic has been instrumental. Together, we’ve activated PubMatic’s OpenWrap SDK for a wide network of publishers working with AnyMind, allowing them to tap into premium demand sources and drive higher competition for their inventory.

Over the past few years, we’ve scaled these integrations rapidly, helping publishers unlock stronger performance while keeping setup and maintenance efficient. By combining PubMatic’s programmatic expertise with AnyMind’s on-the-ground support across SEA, we’re empowering publishers to stay competitive in an evolving landscape.

2. How is PubMatic helping address demand challenges for SEA publishers, and how has partnering with AnyMind helped you deliver new, high-quality inventory in the region for your buyside partners?

Demand fragmentation is a common challenge in SEA. PubMatic’s role is to connect quality supply with premium, global demand across formats including display, mobile app, OTT, and video, through direct integrations with leading DSPs and buyers worldwide.

By partnering with AnyMind, we’ve been able to extend our footprint into new, high-quality local and regional publishers that were previously underserved programmatically. AnyMind’s strong relationships with mobile developers, video platforms, and regional media networks help us surface this incremental inventory on the open web and app environments. In turn, advertisers access more diverse, brand-safe, and high-performing supply across SEA, driving better monetization outcomes for publishers.

3. You recently launched a collaboration with PubMatic around OpenWrap SDK integration for mobile apps. What has been the early response from publishers, and how does this benefit them?

The early feedback has been very encouraging. Our mobile publishers have been looking for more flexibility and transparency in managing multiple demand sources without adding complexity.

Through the OpenWrap SDK integration with PubMatic, publishers can now access PubMatic’s premium demand directly via Bidding integration on AppLovin MAX. We’ve already seen strong initial results, including improvements in fill rate and eCPM. But more importantly, publishers are finding it easier to integrate, monitor, and optimize demand.

This collaboration perfectly reflects our shared vision: making high-quality programmatic demand accessible through flexible, scalable solutions that fit seamlessly into publishers’ existing workflows.

4. What is one key innovation or product area PubMatic is focused on in 2026 to deliver more value to mobile publishers?

In 2026, PubMatic will deliver more value to mobile publishers by focusing on enhancing addressability and optimization for mobile environments, particularly as privacy frameworks continue to evolve, while accelerating innovation through AI-powered solutions. In addition, we will continue to strengthen our CTV/OTT business and further enhance our AI-powered platform.

We are continuing to expand our sell-side curation and audience solutions which enable publishers to use their first-party data to deliver more relevant audiences to marketers. Additionally, advancements in our SDK help publishers maximize competition, reduce latency, and increase yield and provide buyers with a more transparent, high-performing supply path.

Ultimately, our product roadmap is focused on driving better outcomes for mobile app publishers through data-driven optimization, simplified integration, and unique access to premium demand.

5. Looking ahead, AI is playing a growing role in monetization. How are PubMatic and AnyMind applying AI in product development or auction optimization to improve yield for publishers?

PubMatic: AI is a transformative force across the digital advertising ecosystem. At PubMatic, we’re already leveraging machine learning models across our auction and pricing engine to make smarter, faster decisions that drive higher yield and better outcomes for both publishers and buyers. These models analyze massive volumes of bidstream and performance data to optimize floor prices, predict demand density, and deliver more efficient matches between inventory and advertiser goals.

We recently introduced PubMatic for Publishers, a unified, AI-powered platform that brings together our global SSP, audience and data monetisation, and campaign execution solutions. It enables publishers to manage inventory, audiences, and demand in a single workflow, while improving transparency and control across both web and app environments.

We are also expanding our integration with NVIDIA technology to deploy accelerated computing across our infrastructure for the open internet. This enables AI-powered advertising decisions up to five times faster than traditional systems, improving efficiency and performance across programmatic workflows.

Through our partnership with AnyMind, we’re complementing these capabilities with AI driven insights and automation tools tailored for local publishers. This means faster optimization cycles, better ad relevance, and more sustainable monetization strategies across SEA’s varied markets.

Together, PubMatic and AnyMind are embedding AI not just as an efficiency tool, but as an enabler of intelligent monetization that is transparent, performance driven, and built for the next evolution of programmatic advertising.

AnyMind: For AnyMind, AI isn’t just about smarter monetization, it’s about helping publishers run more effective and efficient operations.

We’ve been able to automate many ad operations workflows, such as ad unit creation, demand setup, and tag management, which has reduced manual processes by up to 70%. This frees up our teams and our publishers to focus on strategy, not repetitive setup work.

On the publisher side, we’ve recently introduced AI-driven solutions directly within our AnyManager platform, including an AI reporting agent that automatically surfaces performance insights. Publishers can ask natural-language questions and get instant, actionable answers. In addition, we’ve also added AI-powered video generation capabilities for publishers to quickly expand content – as easy as putting in an article link.
