Legal Manager

The Legal Manager is a critical, commercial-minded professional responsible for protecting AnyMind Group's legal interests across all business functions. This role involves leading the full lifecycle of legal documentation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, while ensuring stringent compliance with all local laws and regulations. You will serve as a key advisor, providing clear, practical, and proactive legal insights to manage risk and support the company’s continuous, rapid growth within a dynamic, multinational environment focused on marketing, e-commerce, and digital transformation

 

What You'll Do 

• Lead the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure alignment with the company interests and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance on contract structure, risk allocation to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct through research and analysis of local laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the company’s operations and business activities.
• Provide clear and practical legal advice to internal teams on regulatory compliance, corporate governance.
• Oversee and support compliance initiatives, including monitoring legislative developments and ensuring adherence to local legal standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across all aspects of the business.
• Support internal inquiries and provide solutions that balance legal compliance with operational needs.
• Maintain, organize, and update the company’s legal records, including contract databases, corporate filings, and compliance documentation.
• Deliver proactive legal insights to anticipate potential issues and support business growth objectives.

 

Who You Are

Must have

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.). required; professional legal certification (e.g., Lawyer’s License, Bar Admission.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or in-house legal practice, preferably within a fast-paced or multinational environment.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance laws relevant to the company’s operations.
• Skills (Commercial Acumen & Research): Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to conduct thorough legal research, provide clear, practical, business-oriented legal advice, and translate complex business requirements into compliant legal solutions.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk-assessment skills with strong attention to detail.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Technical: Proficiency in Google tools.
• Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

 

Nice to Have

• Education:Master’s degree or professional legal certification (e.g., Lawyer’s License, Bar Admission) is an advantage.
• AI/Legal Tech Knowledge: Familiarity or experience with legal AI tools and technology for research or contract management, coupled with a commitment to critical review and leveraging personal expertise to ensure accuracy, compliance, and superior quality in all legal outputs.
• Business Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) business model and multinational environment like AnyMind Group.

 

What You've to Achieve

1st Month

• Understand company structure, products, service , and local operations.
• Review existing contract templates, guidebook, and legal policies.
• Learn internal workflows: contract review process, approval matrix, documentation standards.
• Study compliance frameworks used in Thailand (data protection, consumer laws, advertising laws, digital platform rules, etc.).

 

2nd Month

• Start handling low-risk contracts independently (NDAs, renewals, amendments).
• Co-review medium-risk agreements with supervision.
• Expand drafting capabilities using templates and legal guidebook.
• Assist with monitoring regulatory updates.
• Manage company documentation and maintain contract storage records.

 

3nd Month

• Independently negotiate low–medium complexity agreements.
• Provide preliminary legal advices for business models/campaign.
• Support contract database management and template updates.
• Conduct regulatory research within Thailand.
