[INTERNSHIP] Affiliate Network Management

As an Affiliate Network Management Intern within our Creator Growth (CG) department, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between high-potential content creators and brands looking for performance-based eCommerce growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of affiliate marketing and the creator economy. You will support the end-to-end execution of affiliate campaigns, from strategic planning to detailed performance analysis, helping AnyMind deliver measurable and sustainable business results for our partners.

Who We Are 

               The Creator Growth (CG) business at AnyMind is a two-sided service catering to both 'Content Creators' (including media companies, individual creators, and music artists) who're looking for professional support in production, strategy, and content optimization across major social media platforms, and 'Brands' who interested in an end-to-end marketing funnel driven by creators and content. Our core services include YouTube Reservation Ads for precise content targeting; Creator Utilization to build credibility and deliver targeted content; Affiliate Solution for performance-based eCommerce growth; and Production Services covering graphics, video content, commercial music, and livestreaming. We focus on developing tailored strategies and full-funnel packages to ensure maximum efficiency and deliver measurable, sustainable business results

What You'll Do

• Campaign Support & Execution: Assist the team in managing daily affiliate marketing operations and ensuring smooth execution of creator-led campaigns.
• Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance across various metrics (e.g., clicks, conversions, and sales) to ensure they meet established KPIs.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate creator performance and maintain accurate trackers and dashboards using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Strategic Planning Assistance: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop content strategies and identify areas for campaign improvement.
• Creator Coordination: Support the team in communicating with influencers and creators to ensure they understand program requirements and deliver high-quality content.

Who You Are

• Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Data Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable working with numbers and performing basic data analysis.
• Industry Passion: A strong interest in the YouTube ecosystem, social media trends, and the evolving e-commerce landscape.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai, with a good command of English.
• Proactive Learner: A self-motivated individual with a "can-do" attitude who is eager to learn about AdTech and affiliate marketing strategies.
• Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high levels of accuracy in reporting.
