We are hiring a results-driven senior executive with extensive experience in ad operations, specializing in optimizing digital advertising strategies, campaign execution, and revenue growth. Has an in-depth knowledge of leading cross-functional teams, implementing innovative ad technologies, and ensuring seamless delivery of client objectives 


What You'll Do 

  • Oversee end-to-end management of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms)
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely execution, delivery, and optimization to meet client KPIs
  • Manage ad trafficking, tag implementation, and troubleshooting across ad servers and platforms.
  • Ensure accurate targeting, pacing, and inventory management for all campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and create detailed client reports.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing performance and meeting revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with sales, account management, and creative teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve ad delivery processes and resolve technical challenges.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure campaigns meet quality standards, brand safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to enhance operations.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital ad operations or campaign management.
  • Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, ad tagging, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of programmatic ecosystem and how does RTB works.
  • Proficiency in Excel to derive the campaign data and optimize the campaigns accordingly
  • Knowledge of viewability vendors, ad servers, trackers, etc
